Nucleus of aerobics
The findings of some studies provide evidence that aerobic exercise improves pain tolerance in healthy individuals. Moreso, it increases pain perception and mood, in addition to a reduction in the sensitisation of pain in individuals with pain due to musculoskeletal disorders.
