Do you know that low back pain can be relieved with exercise?
Low back pain could transform from being acute to a chronic disorder. This transition is associated with some psychosocial problems. As a result of this, low back pain could lead to both physical and psychosocial disabilities. However, opioids are not so wonderful in relieving pain and are also associated with negative side effects. Long-time use of opioids has been linked to heart attack, fractures, and overdose, to mention a few. Therefore, conservative management which takes these into consideration is the best approach to low-back pain management. Recent studies have revealed that therapeutic exercise reduces pain. It minimizes work disability and improves function in the long term.
