Experiment with traditional ingredients for both nutritional and cultural enrichment. Additionally, consider the potential risks associated with consuming Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) foods subjected to biotechnology to alter the living organism’s fundamental characteristics. It is better to opt for organic or non-GMO-certified foods when possible.

 

  • Exercise: Regular physical activity is vital for maintaining cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and mental well-being.
